Yes! All tariffs listed on our official website (e.g. ₹800 for Single Non-AC, ₹1,260 for Double Non-AC, ₹1,470 for Double AC, and ₹1,785 for 3-Bed AC) are completely inclusive of GST with no hidden extra charges.

Standard Check-in is early at 06:30 AM, and Check-out is at 12:00 Noon. If you arrive early or need late checkout, please contact reception in advance and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

As per local government regulations and police directives, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID card (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) clearly stating their full name and residential address. PAN card is not accepted as address proof.

For the enhanced safety and peace of all our resident guests, our main entrance gate is locked at 11:00 PM every night. Guests returning later are requested to inform the front desk beforehand.

We offer 100% free cancellation with zero penalty or charges when you provide at least 24 hours prior notice before your scheduled check-in date via email (natarajresidency@gmail.com) or WhatsApp/call (+91 9903514442).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method / verified bank account within 3 business days upon submission of the booking details and matching ID proof.

Yes, we provide fresh room service dining from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We serve Breakfast (7–9 AM), Lunch (12–2 PM), Evening Tea & Snacks (4–6 PM), and Dinner (8–10 PM). Fresh food is prepared and delivered approximately 1 hour after your order is placed. A nominal 10% service charge applies to food bills.

Our morning kitchen serves Butter Toast, Puri Sabji, Boiled Eggs, Fresh Bananas, Hot Handmade Rotis / Parathas, Bengali Sweets, and piping hot Kolkata Milk Tea & Coffee.

Hotel Nataraj Residency is centrally located at 128, Raja Rammohan Sarani (popularly known as Amherst Street), Kolkata – 700009. We are just 1.2 km from Sealdah Station, 550 m from College Street, and 850 m from Calcutta Medical College.

Taxis, autos, and ride-hailing services (Uber/Ola) are available right outside on Raja Rammohan Sarani 24/7. Street parking is subject to local municipal regulations.
